RIP Michigan Steel Guitarist: Bobby Wright
It is with great sadness that I announce the Passing of Bobby Wright. Bob worked the Michigan circuit for over 40 years playing guitar, pedal steel guitar and singing. He was one of Traverse City's finest musicians. He is also a member of the International Steel Guitar Players Association's Hall of Fame. He passed away 11/18/2020 from heart failure. He was a great mentor to me and will be missed by many.
