A6th with string benders.

I've been playing 8-string E6th tuning with a couple of string benders for a while (on the G# and B)
I'm becoming more interested in A6th tuning lately and I'm wondering if I could still use the benders to achieve one or two flat raises?Looking at lo-hi:
F# A C# E F# A C# E,
is there an adjacent pair that would work or would I need two separate benders for a 'non-pair'?
